Job Description:
Senior Account Manager Intapp is looking for a Senior Account
Manager (SAM) for the DealCloud product line. In this role you will
cultivate and grow its existing client base and identify new
opportunities while maximizing customer benefit and adoption of our
software platform. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible
for fostering long-term relationships, procuring associated
renewals, and turning critically important accounts into deeply
engaged, strategic partners. Joining DealCloud will give new team

firms. DealCloud is revolutionizing the private capital markets

started! What You'll Do: - Own overall relationship with assigned
clients, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention,
and satisfaction. - Establish a trusted/strategic advisor
relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of
our products and services. - Managing the entire sales lifecycle of
transactions to ensure visibility into and predictability of the
lead-to-close process. - Acting as a representative to maintain
positive relationships with all employees, customers, partners, and
shareholders. - Work to identify and/or develop upsell
opportunities. - Work with clients to establish critical goals, or
other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving
their goals. - Providing timely and positive resolution of
escalated sales-related issues - Communicating with key customers,
business partners and executives on significant issues and

What You'll Need: - Minimum 4+ years of account management
experience in software industry - Strong interpersonal
communication skills and ability to achieve set goals and deadlines
- Natural leadership skills, and ability to mobilize people towards
a goal - Ability to pick up new technologies easily - Good
understanding of Excel, financial modeling, and financial reporting
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms - Prior
experience in closing sales deals at the executive level a plus -
Knowledge of the private equity and financial services market
