results.Reporting to the Vice President, Associate General Counsel,
the Senior Director of Business Integrity will lead the Revenue
Management and Operational Compliance functions for Jackson Hewitt,
including its franchise business segment of nearly 4,000 stores
nationwide. The Senior Director of Business Integrity will ensure
that appropriate policies, controls, and governance processes are
established to identify and address revenue management and
operational compliance concerns. Additionally, this leader will
develop and execute on a plan of audits of Jackson Hewitt-owned as
well as franchised operations, report on the results of such audits
and manage the implementation of any resulting actions or
recommendations. What you'll do here: Define a clear strategic plan
for Business Integrity at Jackson Hewitt, focused on ensuring
revenue management and operational compliance, that aligns with the
Company's strategic priorities and long-term goals Lead revenue
management efforts designed to ensure franchisee compliance with
royalty payment obligations and loss prevention initiatives
designed to ensure accuracy of franchisee reporting for nearly
4,000 stores nationwide Lead brand integrity efforts designed to
ensure both Jackson Hewitt-owned and franchised operations satisfy
operational compliance obligations Work closely with the Legal
Department and other internal stakeholders to review the adequacy
and effectiveness of these key processes and controls, highlighting
any improvement opportunities and recommending enhancements Work
constructively with relevant business segments and corporate
functions to address any significant issues identified in the
course of revenue management, loss prevention and brand integrity
audits and reviews Establish best-in-class processes and utilize
existing technology and internal resources to drive efficiencies
into the Company's audit practices, enhancing the deployment of new
technologies, processes and data analytics Develop a strategic
approach to risk identification across the Company and work closely
with relevant parts of the business to ensure the development of
effective risk management plans and capability, particularly in the
areas of revenue management, loss prevention and brand integrity
Lead, coach and develop a Business Integrity team into a
world-class operational compliance and revenue management function
that is valued and respected at all levels of the Company Skills
you'll bring for success: This role requires several years of
experience in roles of progressive responsibility, including
experience in leadership and managerial positions. Although not
required, experience in or familiarity with the retail sector is
strongly preferred. In order to excel in this position, this
individual should possess excellent communication skills and the
power of persuasion, acute business acumen, and an unmatched desire
to succeed. The ideal candidate must have the learning agility,
initiative, and energy to both keep up with and contribute to the
changing marketplace. This role will require experience working in
a fast-paced environment and the ability to adjust and respond to
dynamic business conditions. The ideal candidate should also
possess the following qualifications and attributes: A demonstrated
command of technical audit principles, standards, and capabilities
with on-the-ground experience of driving improvements in business
operations Prior experience with operational compliance and/or
revenue management in a franchise or retail environment Experience
operating, and leading and working with teams, across multiple
locations Deep expertise in business technical skills, including
Excel, PowerPoint and Teams, and the ability to learn new business
process software applications A willingness and desire to be a true
business partner, add value and drive impact, and push the Company
to continuously improve The ability to work effectively and
cooperatively across all levels of the business, mobilizing key
business partners around a clear set of goals A high degree of
business acumen, and the ability to flex easily between detailed
analysis and high-level discussions around business strategy and
commercial risk The foresight to identify critical areas of risk
and/or potential points of failure coupled with the ability to act
swiftly and appropriately to address identified risks and mitigate
similar future occurrences An affinity for technology, creativity
and innovation; capable of identifying opportunities to use new
