Job Description:

The Eastern Director of Sales will work closely with the National Sales Manager and Back Office team to implement sales directives to ensure the delivery of PHWS distribution and volume case goals, premium image, and profit objectives, in a manner consistent with the companys values. - -You are considered part of an elite team that has oversight over company profitability as well as will be counseled for company driven decisions. - - -RESPONSIBILITIES
DOS Team is accountable for achieving or exceeding sales and distribution goals, actively presenting to high profile customers, working with distributors to execute retail and restaurant programs, developing relationships with senior leaders of our distributor network and assigned customers, educating distributors and customers, reviewing potential distributor options where needed. - -You will also work with the Operational Support to help manage distributor inventories, offer insights on pricing and programming.Main duties include:Monitor and optimize revenues for PHWS-- -Meet or exceed sales goals, including revenue, case volume and distribution by brand.-- -Ensure proper sales channel objectives, as defined by President, are met or exceeded.-- -Deliver sales presentations to all potential customers, both broad market and chain, thus increasing sales in accounts.

Grow Sales and Relationships in potential customers for PHWS-- -Develop branded and winery direct programs for assigned customers.-- -Manage your team as well as distributor key management to place us as a priority within their business.-- -Work with distributor pricing department to ensure the pricing of PHWS's wines are aligned to meet volume objectives while remaining under or meeting budget.-- -Manage and review bill backs pertaining to samples, trade tastings, and any additional opportunity funds in addition to special purchase allowances (SPA)
Communicate our strengths to our customers-- - - -Use your tactical budget connect our brands with the customers and consumers.-- - - -Work with the back office to ensure that all the critical communication reaches our distributors.
Analyze and forecast market conditions and translate into our long-range planning-- - - -Work with Back Office to continually review and evaluate distributor depletions, shipments and inventories. - -Identify discrepancies and respond. --- - - -Provide forecasts with any existing or pending sales programs to back office support.
Compensation Package (dependent upon experience):Base Salary: - -BOEAnnual Bonus Potential: - -25% of Base Salary401k w/ Matching** (up to 6% of Base Salary)Auto Allowance -Phone AllowanceTravel and Entertainment Budget10 Days Paid Time Off10 Paid Holidays
