The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex customer problems, works effectively with cross-functional teams and thrives in a fast-paced setting that is constantly evolving. You will have direct accountability for continuously improving customer satisfaction and delivering strong results against revenue and operational excellence metrics.
You and your team will be responsible for providing premier service for our lending client base and be the subject matter expert for BlueVine lending products. You should have strong understanding around one-to-many outreach, desire to help small business owners achieve their business goals and be a strong developer of talent.
This is not a fully remote role. At BlueVine, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, which we believe is best maintained through in-person interactions and a vibrant office environment. - All of our offices will reopen in accordance with local guidelines, and will follow a hybrid model.
WHAT YOU'LL DO


  • Manage a team of high performing Account Managers that serve BlueVine's highest priority and value clients, co-owning the relationship with our Sales & Business Development teams
  • Engage with senior management to drive the overall account management strategy
  • Consistently achieve monthly quota targets & own the key performance metrics of customer satisfaction, retention and growth
  • Anticipate and manage operational and organizational risks that could put things off-course
  • Develop and share best practices around customer satisfaction, account management and retention
  • Manage a team of - Account Managers that serve BlueVine's highest priority and value clients, co-owning the relationship with our Sales & Business Development teams
  • Scale Account Management to meet the needs of our customers, including hiring, training and ongoing performance management
  • Understand complex, multi-product client workflows and strategies to effectively build long-term relationships & customized solutions for small business owners
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for your team and their book of clients
  • Leverage workplace creativity & knowledge to identify to new opportunities for revenue and value creation
  • Serve as the voice of our lending clients and partner with Risk, Product, Sales, & Marketing to drive improvements in our customer experience

    WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

    • 5+ years in financial services account management and/or sales
    • 2+ years of experience in people management
    • BS degree, or equivalent education and experience.
    • Proven history in delivering against aggressive revenue targets and KPIs
    • Data-driven orientation with ability to efficiently and quickly draw insights (and avoid analysis paralysis)
    • A strong intuition for interpersonal and organizational dynamics
    • Demonstrated strength as a collaborator and an ability thrive in fluid, fast-paced, dynamic, and scaling environments
    • Motivated by BlueVine's mission and creating a seamless, white-glove support experience for our book of clients
    • In depth knowledge of lending and banking products preferred
