Job DescriptionHi This is Naveen from SAGE IT INC.Hope you are doing great. *************Technical Project Manager (Need Candidate Day 1 onsite)Location - Parsippany, NJDuration : 12 MonthsAs a Technical Manager, the candidate will be responsible for planning, tracking & managing teams/projects spread across the globe and deliver agreed scope commitments.Operation escalation is handled effectively and efficiently.Precise coordination between Delivery, Architects, offshore, onsite resources and customerAssembles project team, identifies needed resources, assigns responsibilities, and develops timeframes to facilitate successful completion of project activities and deliverables.Manage Governance, collate projects status & report at regular intervals o Prepare the daily, weekly & monthly status reports and publish as per the scheduleSteer/attend daily, weekly & monthly calls and adhoc calls when neededPrepare and drive the delivery team for Seamless Infra operation.Identification of issues, risks and track till closure or mitigation/resolutionOversee onsite/offshore teams across the globe, track the projects status and take appropriate actions in case of any slippages/issuesTake lead in different P1 call and review RCA.Performs cost/benefit analysis Required Skills:Experience Managing team and mid-size projects.Experience in preparing SOWShould have executed large scale Cloud Migrations, Integrations and TransformationsExperienced in AWS/Azure Cloud technologies and worked on DC migration to CloudExperienced in managing multiple stakeholders including client, offshore and cross functional teams to deliver the transformations requiredWorked on Infrastructure consolidation related to Data Centers, Cloud, Virtualization etc.Should have strong Infrastructure background in understanding the Virtualization, Cloud technologies, compute, storage and NetworkDemonstrated leadership qualities such as conflict/issue resolution, the ability to run a project or serve as project manager on a program team and can ensure a successful project lifecycleVery good people management skills & leadership capabilitiesVery good communication, coordination skills, dedication & commitmentAbility to communicate (verbally and in writing) effectively with stakeholders and senior business leaders both internal and customer.Good Understanding on Key technologies: ?
