management, liquidity, commercial card, foreign exchange and escrow

Merchant Services, Treasury Services, Commercial Card and Trade
Finance to help clients manage working capital and increase
operational efficiency. Validation Services sits within J.P.
Morgan's Integrated Payments Product Group (IPPG) within J.P.
Morgan Payments. IPPG serves commercial and corporate clients and
delivers solutions to support clients as their customer base shifts
online and expands into new markets. Validation Services is an
exciting new initiative which is part of the organization's broader
strategy with the objective of helping clients enable and grow
their businesses. Our comprehensive banking capabilities, global
reach and innovative growth agenda will continue to differentiate
us versus the competition. Job Summary The Validation Services
Product Lead will own and execute the product strategy for
Validation Services. You will build and manage a team that will be
responsible for delivering and commercializing a suite of data
verification services including entity, payment instrument and
financial services. These services power customers with valuable
information to manage their businesses including who they establish
relationships with, how they manage pay-ins and pay-outs and how
they enable access to their products and services. The Validation
Services Product Lead will contribute to the broader Wholesale
Payments Commerce strategy in addition to the Onboarding and
Validation roadmap. Ability to communicate the strategy, vision and
translate customer needs to business requirements will be critical.
This is a high profile role which will require very careful
attention to detail (e.g. understanding business capabilities and
requirements) while always keeping the mission and our client needs
in mind. Duties and responsibilities Own and implement the global
validation product strategy, in alignment with the Wholesale
Payments Commerce vision Manage the Validation Services product
roadmap and socialize with key stakeholders Identify top use cases
and drive prioritization of features and capabilities Create and
manage global vendor/partner framework and engagements Drive all
commercialization and ready-to-launch activities Establish and
manage product governance to maintain product design principles,
support vendor/partnership decisions and optimize investments
Manage a team responsible for developing and documenting product
requirements, customer user journeys and supporting technology
development through end-to-end product lifecycle Align with clients
and/or Sales and Solutions teams to co-create business readiness
materials and keep up-to-date with changes in customer solution and
service needs Build effective relationships with key Product,
Technology, Operations, Sales, Compliance, Legal and other
functional leads; while being able to effectively challenge them to
move projects forward Educate internal and external stakeholders on
capabilities Communicate updates, risks/issues and associated
recommendations to colleagues and senior executives Prepare client
and senior management presentations and socialization materials
Qualifications Minimum 10 years of Product Management experience at
a Bank, Payments company and/or Fintech Successful track record of
building and launching new products/services. Product
development/management of Identity, Payment Instrument Validation,
Know Your Customer/Beneficiary or Onboarding related products a
plus Strong understanding of e-Commerce/Marketplace/Third-Party
Processing and associated business models (B2B, B2C, B2B2C, etc.)
Experience building and managing a high-performing team of
customer-focused product professionals Deep knowledge of APIs and
client developer needs Exceptional ability to build relationships
cross-functionally and with clients Experience collaborating with
sales, technology, operation, service, risk, compliance and legal
teams Strong influencing skills Innovative thinker with a deep
understanding of industry trends Results-oriented; operates with a
high level of personal initiative, sets and achieves challenging
goals, and demonstrates entrepreneurial leadership Outstanding
presentation and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word,
Excel, and PowerPoint Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
