Job Description:
What we are looking for:--- At least 5+ years of experience in
designing and implementing large scale, cross-discipline CX
programs with a focus on research & insights, relevant work
experience in fields such as market research, user research, or
consulting.--- Strong writing skills with documented examples of
work.--- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology,
economics, statistics, or relevant field of study such as human
computer interaction/design.--- Strong strategic, analytical, and
complex problem-solving skills--- Excellent communication,
presentation, and stakeholder management skills--- Knowledge of and
experience using VoC feedback management platforms such as
Qualtrics and Medallia is a big plus
What you will do:
Support the Development of Research opportunities:--- Strengthen
our market and user research capabilities as a key component of our
Digital diagnostics offering --- Hire and build a world class
research team for execution across strategic components of CX
design process including research planning, insight generation,
persona development and user research--- Support development of
proposal materials and provide on-ground content expertise in
conversations with clients, proactively identify opportunities
across BUs --- Stay informed of industry trends, emerging channels,
and competition; track marketplace developments and make
recommendations --- Establish customer advisory councils and
coordinate council activities (e.g., interviews, surveys, annual
summits, etc.) to draw insights from the panelists.Execution of
Research related assignments:--- Commission blind interviews and
market research for message testing, customer needs assessment, and
market trends analysis--- Collaborate cross-functionally with
clients to ensure insight program deliverables are aligned to meet
business objectives--- Develop customer segmentation, personas, and
market assessments--- Deploy variety of methods (quant, qual,
implicit, neuroscience, behavioral economics) to accurately
identify and predict drivers of customer behavior
