Job Description:

The CCB Operations Product Portfolio consists of 12 products that deliver a range of cross-LOB platforms and offerings to drive operational efficiencies, as well as improve the customer and employee experience. This role will help define the strategy for key business management functions for the Operations Product Portfolio. In addition, they will help lead key business management functions. Key responsibilities will include the following: Establishing and maintaining a framework to ensure core cross-product tradeoffs and priorities are known, with proper escalation protocol in place Tracking and managing key cross-product synergies and dependencies Optimizing demand management processes Tracking and reporting on portfolio-level controls, financials, and resourcing needs Leading continuous improvement opportunities to support evolution of Operations Product Portfolio model Leading analyses, as needed, to support Operations Product roadmaps and priorities This Lead will have close partnership across Operations product owners, agility champions, and finance partners. The ideal candidate will have the below qualifications: Results-oriented self-starter who can lead efforts with minimal direction Ability to dimensionalize and address complex challenges Ability to remain highly organized while operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on to progress initiatives as needed Contribute to building a high-performing and inclusive culture Requirements: 3 to 5 years experience in operations, agile delivery model and associated tooling (e.g., JIRA) Ability to effectively collaborate and influence across various stakeholders Minimum BA/BS or equivalent level of education/experience required Strong PowerPoint skills, including storytelling through PowerPoint Strong written and oral communication skills Experience with controls, finance, and reporting Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
