Here at Lotto.com, we are on a mission to create an easy and convenient way to play the lottery with an emphasis on contributing to state-sponsored causes. Depending on the state, up to 50% of every ticket sold goes to support state projects including academic scholarships and educational programs, social services, pensions for union employees, elder assistance programs, and much more. What's the role? Lotto.com is looking for an experienced well-rounded digital CRM Specialist to join our quickly expanding team. You will be playing a vital role in supporting all the aspects of our marketing department, focusing on delivering marketing communications to our customers. You will be responsible for insights to form campaign structure and targeting, campaign delivery, and operational reporting to ensure we are continuously improving effectiveness. What you'll do: Help identify trends and underlying causes that affect performance such as site traffic, conversion rates, and account approval rate among other KPI's Assist with our CRM strategy from inception focusing on implementing high-impact initiatives across the customer lifecycle that accelerate active customer growth, revenue generation, and overall improvement. Develop consumer insights to inform campaigns, manage the audience selection for campaigns and mailing list management. Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing tactics including creative development, test plans, and tracking metrics while leveraging the data for future reports and decisions Contribute to the cross-functional marketing calendar to help create and enforce time sensitive campaigns and promotions Monitor competitor loyalty marketing communications and programs, testing and adopting best practices to continuously improve performance, player value, and profitability Aid in the creation of high-quality visual designs throughout the creative process from concept to execution using CRM software Effective management of relationships with external agencies Interpret and analyze data results to present to prospective leads to help improve ROI performance What you need: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Development or communications 3-5 years' experience working in a retention marketing role Fast learner who can understand technology at any level Analytical and process-oriented mindset with unparalleled attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in full Google suite What's nice to have: Familiarity with Contentful (CMS) and Optimove (CRM) Knowledge of Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager + other social platforms Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software Experience working with budgets and forecasting Lotto.com does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression, age, height, weight, physical or mental ability, veteran status, military obligations, and marital status.
