Job Description:The Role:You will be part of a team leading our next-generation transfer agent operations and client relationships. In your capacity, you will help foster productive customer interactions and helping to solve our customers' business challenges while pairing with our new technology and sustaining our passion for excellent customer service.As a transfer agent subject matter expert, you will be part of a cross-functional product team helping to map out existing processes, articulate customer pain points, identify best practices and together and imagine new ways to manage registered securities.You will help establish Fidelity's Transfer Agency (TA) operational processes, system configuration and administration, automation, data management, data security, pipeline maintenance and ongoing process improvements. You will lead the administration of new customer contacts and supporting them throughout their lifecycle.Responsibilities Include: Develop and liaise with clients and other business partners to provide direction and insight into Fidelity's suite of products and servicesDeveloping new business opportunities and managing against operational feasibilityCollaborate and develop pricing models for TA product suiteDevelop and implement training to existing Fidelity Call Center personnel on TA functions and overall product/process knowledgeCollaborate and influence outcomes in a large matrix-managed environment and across multiple and diverse groupsParticipate in architectural system design with product, technical and operations team to ensure proper system build satisfying TA needsEnsure all procedures are updated to mitigate process risksEnsure all key daily duties are performed timely and accuratelyIdentify and collaborate with technology, improvements towards process efficiency and risk mitigationManage compliance and risk for functions performed within the operational teamLiaise with others to implement corporate strategyCross train as needed Other duties as assigned by managementPosition Requirements:College Degree required and/or 7-10 years experience in Financial Service Operations & Client ManagementStrong knowledge of Transfer Agent operational processes, project management and SEC regulationsIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft office Word, Excel and other basic knowledge of other products within suiteEffective written, verbal and listening skillsStrong problem solving and decision-making skillsThe Team We are Fidelity Labs, Fidelity Investments' in-house fintech incubator with a mission to build new businesses to drive growth for Fidelity.
