Morgan's Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB). Escrow holds institutional client assets in safekeeping until certain pre-agreed conditions have been fulfilled. Escrow is used to mitigate risk in institutional transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and litigation settlements. This position will help drive product development of Escrow's digital applications globally. Now is an exciting time to join Escrow Services and shape the future direction of Digital Escrow. Responsibilities:
    • Serve as one of the business leads for strategy, delivery, and coordination of Escrow digital product development (in-flight and new initiatives for both internal and client-facing applications)
    • Work with business and technology teams to drive project initiation, scoping, and planning
    • Research user needs and expectations for large, complex feature requirements; facilitate meetings with end users to brainstorm ideas and gather requirements
    • Help determine and influence the long-term product roadmap, including defining the business case for complex feature requirements
    • Define user journeys and write detailed user stories and business requirements
    • Provide feedback to technology team on completed builds
    • Perform and coordinate User Acceptance Testing and Production Validation Testing
    • Serve as training resource during rollout of applications to Sales and Client Service staff Qualifications
      • 5+ years of experience in a product management role
      • Experience driving product development of digital products and features in an Agile environment
      • Demonstrated ability to define and drive projects independently, and juggle multiple deliverables simultaneously
      • Demonstrated a bility to gather and document product requirements for development teams
      • Inquisitive nature with excellent problem solving and critical thinking capabilities and strong attention to detail
      • Client centric - interest in and ability to define compelling products that address customer needs
      • Effective interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships with functional partners inside and outside Escrow Services, and to lead and organize cross-functional teams
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to convey complex ideas simply to both technical and non-technical audiences
      • Strong experience with core Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and JIRA (or similar)
