We are seeking Senior Healthcare Sales Leader that is Customer Focused, Organizationally Savvy and a Strategic Thinking professional to serve as our Director of Healthcare Sales, Display Solutions. You will lead a sales team and drive revenue growth and market share for our B2B display portfolio in Healthcare markets with IDN's (Integrated Delivery Networks) with traditional hospitals, as well as new healthcare markets such as extended care, rehabilitation, senior housing and potentially other multiple dwelling unit facilities.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Seeking Senior Healthcare Sales Leader that is Customer Focused, Organizationally Savvy and a Strategic Thinking professional to serve as our Director of Healthcare Sales, Display Solutions.
  • Lead a sales team and grow revenue of our B2B display portfolio in Healthcare markets with IDN's (Integrated Delivery Networks) with traditional hospitals, as well as new healthcare markets such as extended care, rehabilitation, senior housing and potentially other multiple dwelling unit facilities.
  • Responsible for owning Healthcare sales, sales team and supporting sales strategy so as to maintain long term, trusted customer and partner relationships. Successfully execute plans to grow sales revenues and expand our strategic product footprint.
  • Lead a team of 4 Healthcare end user sales representatives covering key healthcare accounts.
  • Establish annual sales targets and respective division go-to-market strategies to ensure quarterly revenue targets are exceeded and foundation is being laid for long-term three- to five-year growth strategies.
  • Integral to this role is the ability to collaborate with distribution, channel partners, internal account managers, supply chain, operations and marketing departments.
  • Maintain relationships with Key Partners to help drive new business opportunities as well as participate in partner events to help foster strong partner relationships.

    Skills and Qualifications

    Necessary Skills / Attributes:
    • Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of sales experience is required.
    • Proven ability to successfully lead sales teams, developing long term growth strategies and exceed annual assigned sales targets in the healthcare vertical.
    • Prior experience and solid working knowledge of the following product categories: Large Format Displays, LCD Desktop Displays and LED Signage - Strongly Preferred.
    • Understanding of solution selling - specifically around hardware and software solutions.
    • Strong track record of building collaborative Display sales and channel relationships at executive levels.
    • Ability to build relationships with C-Level customers.
    • Excellent public speaking and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational, planning and follow-up skills.
    • Must be able to work independently as well as with existing sales team.
    • Creative individual with high energy and a can-do attitude.
    • Must possess a strong knowledge of healthcare vertical products and market intelligence.
    • Experience using with CRM software (SalesForce.com preferred)

      Compensation for this role for a candidate based in Colorado is expected to be between $163,000.00 and $184,500.00, but may be higher or lower in other states due to geographic differentials in the labor market. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
