Job Description:

Jackson Hewitt is looking for an experienced B2C Marketer with experience building journeys and promotions across the customer lifecycle to drive loyalty and growth. Reporting to the Director, Lifecycle, Loyalty and Growth, this position will lead multiple customer journeys across Jackson Hewitt's portfolio of products and services.

What you'll do here:
The Senior Manager will coordinate multiple stakeholder groups involved in the customer lifecycle, define business requirements to create the best possible user experience, and evaluate emerging opportunities. You will define and execute customer engagement, loyalty and growth strategies through CRM channels, from awareness to conversion.

This position is responsible for thinking through - and advocating for - the customer experience. You will partner closely with the channel managers/product owners to develop/deploy campaigns and with the analytics team to understand campaign performance so the results can help refine strategy.

You must be adept at working in a white space, working with business partners with competing priorities, and influencing without authority. Strong business judgment, understanding of current CRM trends and technologies, knowledge of product marketing best practices, and a keen focus on user experience are essential. You are someone with a passion and obsession for building world-class experiences and helping drive digital transformation for an organization.

  • Create, refine and launch customer journeys that drive loyalty and growth throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Ideation, creation and deployment of promotions and loyalty offerings
  • Generate support for your initiatives from stakeholders across the company
  • Partner with creative and channel teams to develop and deploy the creative assets in support of the campaigns you lead
  • Market and Competitive research and analysis
  • Work with key partners both within and outside of marketing to understand customer experience, using that feedback to inform your strategies.
  • Become an expert on the Jackson Hewitt product suite and user experience
    Skills you'll bring for success:
    • BA/BS, Graduate degree preferred
    • Minimum 6 years work experience in product marketing, customer life cycle, CRM or related field
    • Ability to write clear and concise project documents
    • Proven track record for building or managing products or product initiatives from ideation to launch to operation (including budgeting).
    • Experience with launching marketing campaigns across a variety marketing channels (either directly or indirectly)
    • Ability to manage multiple (4-6 at any given time) projects effectively
    • Demonstrated ability to craft a strategy based on insights and exceptional executive presence and the ability to clearly articulate your strategy
    • Solid understanding of user engagement, business goals and competitive pressures and the ability to convert those into business requirements and priorities
    • Must be very detail oriented and be comfortable with ambiguity
    • Strong interpersonal skills; curious, positive, resourceful, flexible, energetic and open minded
    • Thrives in fast-paced environment
    • Must have strong Microsoft Office skills (excel, PowerPoint, outlook)
      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Experience working within a consumer financial services business preferred
      • Experience working within a franchise system
      • Experience working in start-up environment and possess an entrepreneurial spirit
      • Enthusiasm for every phase of product development - from strategy and conceptualization, to feature definition, working with a cross-functional project team, and launch
      • Experience with test design and campaign analytics
      • Experience working in an environment with multiple vendors and technology
