Job Description:

The Enterprise Sales Director is responsible for leading the sales organization to drive revenue and growth of the InterAction CRM product suite in both the existing business and new business acquisition. This is a great opportunity for a sales leader to help an organization's vision, build a team culture and build an execution model to achieve performance success. This role is an executive role, with high degree of decision making responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales organization as they engage existing clients and new prospects decision makers in targeted accounts - Focusing on law firms
  • Develop a pipeline of viable opportunities that exceeds quota, and keep abreast of prospects in your territory
  • Optimize and improve the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure
  • Implement sales training and selling and coaching models
  • Evaluate the existing sales and marketing process to maximize the lead generation
  • Orchestrate strategic discussions with law firms' senior executives (CMOs, CIOs) around their business needs
  • Develop strategic account planning competencies in the sales team and provide solutions to meet the clients' long-term needs as a strategic business partner
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue growth targets
  • Provide business updates on the pipeline and forecast to the executives
  • Recruit and retain high-performing talent

    Experience & Education Requirements:
    Successful candidates will have a background in enterprise/complex sales with an understanding of CRM systems and how they bring value to a business, as well as experience leveraging strategic relationships with external partners. Individuals must have a demonstrated sales track record developing and managing accounts, sales leadership.

    Strong candidates will typically have 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in CRM, Data Management, Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) and have a "consultative" value based approach to selling. Experience with law firms, legal ops and legal marketing and business development and working within a matrix organization is a plus. In addition, candidates should have:
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills,
    • Strong knowledge of complex and multi-stakeholder selling approaches
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills including strong presentation/demo skills both in person and via phone/web presentation
    • Strong technology skills. Must be able to do complete product demonstration and credibly discuss technical topics
    • SaaS platform sales experience a plus
