Job Description:The RoleAs Squad leader & Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Audit technology, you blend product and leadership expertise with a passion for delivering results. You are the end-to-end gatekeeper of the squad mission, strategy, and tactical execution associated with delivering on strategic priorities. In an agile structure, you will partner with other Fidelity leaders to influence the broader strategic decisions, roadmaps, and resource requirements, set, and refine the mission, and bring together a team of chapter members to execute on specific product features. You ensure your applications are available, stable, performant, and supported when required and that related cost and maintenance is managed. You will ensure alignment on the "what" and "when" work is to be performed through ongoing planning and prioritization of a product backlog. You will enable squad members to work iteratively, innovate through testing and experimentation and learn from failures while celebrating success. You are committed to developing your own expertise and knowledge to ensure you bring the latest thinking to your role.The Team Fidelity Legal, Compliance and Risk (LRC) technology provides strategic technology support to Fidelity Enterprise Legal, Compliance and Risk business teams. LRC technology is currently goingthrough a transformation to simplify and modernize technology solutions while continuing to be a strategic advisor to the business. This role will provide technology support for various Risk & Audit functions.You work in partnership with the Legal, Compliance and Risk tribe leader, other Squad Leaders, Scrum Master, and Chapter Leaders aligned to your squad. By demonstrating and promoting Fidelity and agile leadership behaviors, you sustain and evolve our innovative agile culture.The Expertise You Have

  • Education - BS or MS in technology related field (Engineering, Computer Science etc.) required.
  • 10+ years of experience in managing application development technology teams.
  • 3+ years of experience in Cloud based data and SaaS solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing enterprise scale technology solutions.
  • Prior domain experience in Operational Risk (GRC) is preferred.
  • Prior experience with RSA Archer GRC platform is preferred.
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile development is preferred
  • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic products and solutions.
  • Agile experience is preferred.
  • Jira and Jira Align experience is preferred.The Skills You Bring

      • Anticipating, discovering, and prioritizing client / partner needs
      • Defining, evaluating, and communicating results against acceptance criteria while removing impediments.
      • Collaborating with the business partners to define the program strategy, roadmap and execute upon it.
      • Collaborating and coordinating with Chapter Leaders and COE leaders to enable squad member growth, development, and learning.
      • Collaborate with application and data architecture teams to make informed technical and architecture decisions.
