Your Future TeamAIG's Enterprise Resiliency organization is responsible for preparing AIG businesses for disrupting events including impacts to personnel, operations, facilities, and technology. -The Enterprise Resiliency Senior Incident Manager role is to support and maintain an effective program that safeguards AIG's assets and operations from real or potential threats and vulnerabilities of any type. - This individual contributor role will develop a deep understanding of business functions and technology employed across the globe, and work with Enterprise Resiliency Officers as well as Corporate functional resources (Security, Real Estate, Technology, Operations, Finance, HR, etc) to implement and maintain an effective program for incident monitoring, detection, assessment and response. - This role will interact with Enterprise Resiliency program stakeholders to activate incident management plans at time of emergency, as required, as well as exercise underlying plan strategies and resiliency solutions to validate effectiveness in compliance with regulatory expectations.This person will report to the Global Head of Incident Management - Enterprise ResiliencyYour Contributions

  • Collaborate with the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), Security, Facilities and Business Services and other corporate functions, and Technology Global Command Center (GCC) to provide threat and vulnerability monitoring, and assist with assessment for any AIG-impacting incidents
  • Support maintaining a consistent global inventory of all required Incident Management Plans, and IM Teams covering locations and business areas
  • Support and help implement incident communications to provide stakeholder updates on real and/or potential business-impacting events (i.e. hurricanes, earthquakes, power disruptions, etc)
  • Assist members of the Enterprise Resiliency / Incident Management team with setting up incident exercise scenarios, documentation, results, and tracking follow up deliverables identified
  • Provide Incident Management Team (IMT) stakeholder training as needed
  • Support maintenance of resiliency tools related to incident response
  • Contribute to annual and ad hoc enhancements to incident management related materials, documents, standards and other guidesWhat we are looking for
    • 8+ years of related experience in Crisis/Incident Management, Business Continuity or Technology response-related discipline
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Experience with leading and implementing projects and working with cross-functional teams
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Possess working knowledge of processes and technologies relevant to responsibilities, with a strong understanding of driving analytics and reporting
    • Ability to work independently to deliver on multiple, potentially competing, priorities and assignments
    • Be available during off hours and willingness to travel to regional facilities as necessary -For positions based in Jersey City, the base salary range is $128,000-$161,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
