--- Management and implementation of the processing of Retail product exception, exclusive of large case Retail exceptions and the weekly Exceptions Committee Meeting
--- Assist with the review and approval of Marketing Materials, Sales Ideas and Presentations.
--- Assist in the yearly Prospectus review process
--- Assist in Contract and Filed Forms reviews and analysis as needed.
--- Responsible for working with the Senior Product Managers of IR to:

  • Support coordination of all aspects of implementation for prioritized initiatives including post-implementation monitoring and evaluation. Typically, this will require working with other areas for specific implementation needs.
  • Clear communication of status, milestones and deliverables across all projects Standard language -
    The base salary range for this position is $67,000- $106,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance -
    • 8 years+ of relevant experience
    • Understanding of annuity products
    • Knowledge of IR products in the inforce block
    • Working project management skills and background
    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams -

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Knowledge of Sales Channels: Knowledge of meanings and features of sales channels; ability to coordinate multiple and diverse options for selling an organization's products and services. Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation. Products and Services: Knowledge of major products and services and product and service groups; ability to apply knowledge of product and service appropriately to diverse situations. Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives. Quality Management: Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization. Teamwork: Knowledge of the necessity and value of teamwork; experience with; ability to work cooperatively towards shared goals and being supportive of others at all levels.
