Enterprise Agility Lead & Chief of Staff - Executive Director

Job Description:

WCRT is a part of the Finance, Risk, Data and Controls (FRDC) organization responsible for delivering and supporting technology solutions supporting the Wholesale Credit Risk business function. In this role, you'll partner with our Leadership team, product owners and technologists globally to create and manage strategic programs spanning multiple product & scrum teams, in addition to performing Chief of Staff functions across the organization.You should be a highly motivated individual with effective communication and analytical skills, experienced in working with senior leaders, and strong ability in developing relationships, influencing and driving progress.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage organizational operations
  • Program management of strategic, cross-functional WCRT initiatives
  • Collaborate to optimize processes and drive organizational efficiency, including establishment of performance, financial transparency and other technology-specific Key Performance Indicators
  • Compose exec-level communications including data-driven recommendations to support executive and key stakeholder decisions
  • Perform financial planning and tracking activities
  • Serve as escalation point for resolving issues across multiple platforms.
  • Champion globally inclusive cultural initiatives focused on promoting Diversity, Equity, & InclusionSkills and Qualifications:
    • 15+ years of professional experience with project or process management experience including Agile SDLC in Financial Services technology
    • Strong leadership / executive presence, organizational skills and a passion for problem solving
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to develop and deliver executive level summaries
    • Ability to establish and build strong relationships and partnerships across cross-functional teams
    • Comfortable with, and an advocate for, ongoing change. Drives structure while also pivoting quickly based on changing business demands or environments
    • Experience taking complex and ambiguous information and refining it into meaningful content and clear action plans
    • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills (e.g., identifying trends, patterns, and root cause analysis using a diverse toolkit to address the root cause)
    • Ability to influence, organize, and direct people across various seniorities, teams, and departments
    • Solutions-driven self-starter with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work well under pressure and tight deadlines
