Job Description:Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Communicates the work objectives, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance to standards, and provides end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. Ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery - e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams. Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables. Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline. Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule. Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders. Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.     • Program Initiative Planning & Governance
    • prioritization process including assisting with intake triage. Developing documentation to help drive prioritization decisions
    • Bring together program/project initiative planning best practices and standards, and drive transparency into the overall quality of data capture of the change initiatives
    • Timely reporting of program/project
    • Serve as Operations Technology contact for Technology Initiative Planning
    • Collaborate with GMOT Senior Leaders and Program Managers on Initiative Planning requirements and requests for funding
    • Liaise and collaborate with central Global Banking And Markets PMO Control team to ensure initiative submissions are complete, accurate and timely
    • Ensure all required Initiative Planning documentation is organized and stored on a centralized, collaborative site (SharePoint)
    • Implementation of automated solutions where possibleRequired Skills:
      • 5+ years experience in Excel/PPT, JIRA, SP,web, Tableau
      • 5+ years experience working with complexity and ambiguity and can also demonstrate balancing enterprise needs over individual program/Ops Tech needs
      • 5+ years experience in Project Management methods, standards and processes
      • Demonstrate they can communicate complexity through clear and concise communication skills
      • Strong "ownership" mindset and use to taking collective responsibility for every decision, owning and managing errors and finding the right way
      • 2+ years experience driving automation/tooling
      • 2+ years experience creating project artifacts/workflows such as providing templates and best practices to support the PMO Finance operating modelDesired Skills:
        • Self-starter with ability to work to short deadlines across time zones
        • Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized manner, whilst ensuring quality & timeliness of the delivered results
        • Knowledge of Global Markets - Knowledge of processes, products and tradeflows within markets and bankingShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: -40
