Morgan Commercial Banking (CB) is a market leading provider of Payments products to the Corporate Client Banking, Middle Market, Government, Healthcare, Not-for-Profit, Financial Institutions Group and Real Estate markets. The CB Solutions team focuses on end-to-end product strategy, client experience and sales enablement for Commercial Banking clients broadly, as well as the fit and positioning for each commercial segment. CB Solutions Product Delivery Manager will represent CB client needs and partner with Product Owners, Solution Managers, and other key stakeholders. This Vice President role will have a core responsibility for the continued development and go-to-market plans for the J.P. Morgan Global Real-Time Payments and Alternative Payment products. This will be done by developing our B2B & B2C payout propositions, including payment methods, channels, workflow and client experience that will inform the overall investment roadmap and go-to-market plans. These products are owned and operated by product owner teams in our Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) line of business. CB Solutions Product Delivery Manager will work in lockstep with CIB to ensure the value proposition, end-to-end client experience as well as operating model are optimized for Commercial Banking clients. The role will report to the new Executive Director of B2B & B2C Payout Product Delivery, who is charged with representing the product requirements of the CB and driving the key stages of the product lifecycle across CB. Core Responsibilities:
    • Define CB product strategy and unified value proposition to optimize payments for our clients; understand nuances across client segments or industries and tailor strategy accordingly
    • Deeply understand client needs through expert knowledge of Integrated Payables landscape, client research, analysis, and market feedback
    • Represents CB in all product-level investment and prioritization activities, including business case creation
    • Monitors, oversees and influences product development
    • Supports commercialization strategy, accountable for product releases
    • Owns ongoing product oversight and maintenance and accountable for meeting product objectives (e.g., P&L)
    • Drives CB KPI reporting and manages CB dependencies / cross impacts
    • Maintains and continues to develop the Global Real-Time Payments and Alternative Payments product proposition for CB clients
    • Incorporates customer feedback and market research to prioritize new features and functionality requests, supported by strong business cases that will reflect client needs
    • Works with internal and external partners to deliver solutions and plan for launches
    • Partners closely with sales, onboarding and service organizations to optimize processes and improve the client experience, ultimately decreasing cycle times and increasing client satisfaction Go to Market
      • Co-sponsors go-to-market and commercialization efforts to ensure solutions are ready to be offered to Commercial Banking clients
      • Establishes delivery milestones, budget, releases, client impacts and client servicing metrics in cooperation with cross-functional teams
      • Co-owns client-facing enablement efforts with the CB Commercialization team
      • Owns new product approvals and change management processes for CB clients Qualifications:
        • 5+ years of relevant Product, Strategy or Consulting experience within Payments (Banking or Fintech) using a data-driven approach
        • Expertise in payments - acquiring/acceptance/payment processing and/or digital payments, preferably faster or real-time payments
        • Strong influencing and partnership/collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams to build better solutions and to execute go-to-market plans

They will be responsible for driving specialized product strategy for high-priority client use cases by deeply articulating the value proposition, continuously maximizing current capabilities, as well as designing for evolving client needs. This team is charged with capturing our B2B payout proposition for Commercial Banking clients including our payment methods, channels, workflow and client experience. This will be done to inform the overall investment roadmap and go to market plans in strong partnership with product owner teams in our Corporate and Investment Banking line of business. The CB Payments Solutions Team is tasked with defining the product strategy and delivery for CB clients across the core cash and integrated payment product set.Reporting to the Executive Director of Fraud Solutions, this individual will partner with key stakeholders to develop and execute the end-to-end approach for payment fraud protection solutions within Commercial Banking segments. The includes driving product promotion, education and, ultimately, adoption via our sales channels. Key activities include product development strategy, industry trend and competitive analyses, commercialization, pricing, feature enhancement prioritization, and project tracking. This will all be done in close collaboration with colleagues across lines of business, product management, marketing, finance and CB client-facing teams.
