centers across the United States.The OpportunityAs a Director of
Journey Analyst, you will support the Promise360 platform Agile
implementation helping shape the strategy and lead execution on the
development of capabilities that support our Customers and their
Employees.Reporting to the Chief Product Owner (CPO), you will
partner closely with Product Owners, Initiative Owners, Business
leaders, and Global Technology teams to build claim platform
capabilities with a keen focus on driving operational excellence
and customer experience. As a Director of Journey Analyst, you are
the bridge between all agile teams within the train and own
synthesis of direction, actions, and business value delivered by
the train. Your role will focus on all aspects of the end-to-end
claim experience and require operating in an Agile framework.Key
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners, technologists, designers,
and the Chief Product Owner to build constituent-focused processes
and capabilities that support improve ease of doing business and
NPS.
- Partner with the CPO to establish an ambitious and clear
product vision, communicating effectively to key stakeholders and
the agile team.
- Own the strategic and tactical execution of product vision and
roadmap. Work with CPO and Product Owners to identify and align on
program objectives and OKR's. Collaborate continuously to ensure
alignment of product features to vision and program value to
objectives and OKR's.
- Conduct process, customer, and market research in partnership
with PO's and advocate for customer impact while making meaningful
business impact.
- Ensure customer-driven design, considering user pain points by
using market & industry knowledge and insights from Designers,
Business Leaders and Subject-Matter Experts.
- Collaborate across product teams to drive end-end and holistic
thinking while building key capabilities, experiences, and enable
better prioritization.
- Drive sprint and release plans together with the Release Train
Engineer and organizational technology teams, using agile
principles, ceremonies, and artifacts to aid execution.
- Glean insights from Voice of the Customer and infuse feature
improvement pipeline with relevant ideas.
- Drive cross team collaboration to ensure agile teams have
clarity on features and are aligned to Objectives and Key Results
established in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Own holistic business value delivery measurement, tracking,
reporting, and strategic alignment in partnership with the
CPO.Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in an agile environment, preferably in
a Product Owner Role, CX Role, User Researcher Role
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in one or more
business function (product, marketing, service, technology,
customer experience, direct-to-consumer, etc.)
- Track record of successfully delivering complex digital
experiences with iterative release components
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the proven ability to be a
"servant leader" in a matrix/nonhierarchical environment, embracing
an agile mindset that evolves with the business.
- Excellent work ethic, with an ability to be self-motivated;
managing changing priorities and meeting aggressive deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work
effectively with team members, leadership, and business
partners.
- Execution focused with the ability to distill business needs
into a clear execution plan.
- Ability to think strategically, collaborating with business
owners, technology, and the CPO to build a strategic digital
roadmap that meets business needs.
- Experience in digital experience development, with significant
knowledge of user experience and design thinking principles.
- Challenger mindset with the passion to challenge status quo to
find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas - loves and
embraces change
- Travel required (less than 20%)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- This role is open to being virtual or within one of our
Prudential locations#LI-RRJNote: Prudential is required by state
specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring
a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role
is from $156,100.00 to $211,100.00. Specific pricing for the role
may vary within the above range based on many factors including
geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may
also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive
program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an
award, if any, depends on various factors including, without
limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition,
employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid
