clients. - Role Summary Life Insurance Transformation and Strategy
Project Manager will support the implementation and product
roll-out of Life Insurance products across the LoBs within Wealth
Management at J.P. Morgan; Chase Wealth Management, JPMorgan
Securities and the Private Bank. Responsibilities include designing
end-to-end user experience and managing the implementation of the
program. This will entail partnering with leadership and the
business in defining and managing strategic business plan, defining
the life product solutions, and platform that will support
execution of the core offering across the wealth spectrum served by
the business. - The candidate should be a self-starter,
execution-focused with the ability to drive tasks and projects to
completion. The ability to work across line of business and across
function (including sales, operations, technology, marketing,
legal, risk, compliance) is paramount in delivering a world-class
offering and client experience. The candidate will be familiar with
the life Insurance industry, vendor management, and can effectively
manage between sales and service support needs of the product.
Responsibilities
- Support leading the multi-year transformation strategy with a
sharp focus on client and advisor journeys to achieve our business
growth goals -
- Lead implementation of the insurance operating model in
partnership with Business Leads, Client Service, Operations, and
Technology
- Create user stories and journeys, business requirements,
partner with design team through design process and guiding the
technological execution including managing business
requirements
- Set and execute on various delivery milestones
- Relationship management of third-party vendors, insurance
carriers and general-agencies; including onboarding in accordance
with the firm third party oversight requirements
- Oversee new product setup on the platform, partnering with
internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with Insurance Specialists and Business Development
team to create level of awareness of the life insurance solution
suite, promote product launches and support the practice
- Facilitate change-management and syndication discussions with
key stakeholders from each line of business, LOBs (e.g., CWM, JPMS,
PB) -
- Manage relationships across LOBs to ensure best practices are
achieved and maintained (e.g., procedures, commission payments,
etc.)
- Follow and execute on program management that is put in place
to ensure: (a) tracking workstreams and initiatives, (b) create,
(c) risks are addressed and status measured, and (e) deliveries are
successful. Qualifications:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in financial services,
insurance related experience and subject matter expertise across l
ife solutions
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience of project management and/or
product management is a plus
- Ability to prioritize with superior multi-tasking and
organizational skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and data analytical
skills -
- Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent
written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Highly self-motivated and ability to remain calm under intense
pressure
- Strong initiative, energy and confidence completing projects
