Description:Kinsley Power Systems is seeking a Sales Manager for
our Residential sales division. The Sales Manager is responsible
for the overall business relationship between Dealers & Kinsley
Power Systems. The Sales Manager provides leadership, direction,
and support to Dealers while developing and growing dealer count
and respective sales.Additionally, the Sales Manager is responsible
for assisting in the creation of annual sales plans and
implementing the plan to meet or exceed budgeted revenue and
profitability goals. This individual will manage a team of inside
and outside sales associates, along with internal support
staff.Kinsley Power Systems, a family-owned business, has been an

family!Sales Manager Responsibilities:Responsible for the profit
and loss (P&L) of the business, and utilizes the results to
align the sales division for successLeads the sales division to
achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and sales revenue
and profitability goalsEnsures the sales pipeline requirements that
are in alignment with the business growth objectiveReviews critical
sales KPIs, and drives the commercial cadence and accountability
within the businessTracks and manages optimal dealer stocking
orders/turns/quotes, etc. for monthly reporting, documenting
business development activity, identifying obstacles to success,
and implementing corrective action plansProvides residential inside
sales support team with timely quotes/projects/order sheets,
gathers costs for unique pricing activities, and obtains literature
orders/shipmentsEnsures that the Dealer channel understands and
effectively utilizes existing policies and procedures, including
customer support and technical (warranty) related issues, as well
as rebate promotions & co-op programs, and tradeshow
coordination/participationAssists and collaborates with developing
dealers who are not meeting goals, and inspires those meeting
expectations to exceed goalsResponsible for creating/maintaining
the dealer training program certification
standards/agreements/scorecardAdditional duties as
assignedPreferred Sales Manager Skills:3 to 5 years of combined
sales and technical experience in related industries is
preferredSelf-motivated, results-oriented individual with a high
degree of energy and competitiveness balanced with impeccable
integrity, attention to detail, and a personable demeanorAbility to
delegate, develop and motivate sales teamsHigh sense of urgency for
customer satisfaction and sales achievementDemonstrated proficiency
with MS Office & some CRM platforms (MS CRM preferred)Strong
knowledge of residential generator products and applications, as
well as the markets, served preferredStrong interpersonal
