firm has been in business for over half a century. They focus on
industrial, residential, and commercial projects in Northern NJ and
have a project backlog that takes them well through 2025 (10 active
projects now). A typical project is around $50-100M. The draw of

-Your new role-
As a construction Project Manager, you will lead the construction
of ground-up projects in the Northern NJ area. This position calls
for experience building big box projects. These projects are
typically staffed with a PM and a Super, so it will be your
responsibility to manage the job through to completion! The first
project that you would be responsible for is a 300k sf new
warehouse.
