A company is looking for a Doctor Relations Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement programs to support the career needs of
optometrists and attract top doctor talent
Lead the development of career strategies and mentorship programs
for optometrists
Partner with leadership to develop programs that attract and retain
optometrists within the organization
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 additional years of experience in a related role
Minimum of 6 years of management experience
Proven track record in leading complex business initiatives
Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
