Job Description:

A company is looking for a Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimize post go-live for customer experience
Lead team to ensure successful resolution of technical issues, provide system training, and guide feature enablement
Partner with cross-functional business leaders to ensure smooth post Go-Live transition and drive solution optimization

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of Pay/Bill support or implementation experience
Minimum of 3-5 years management experience
Experience working with executive-level personnel
Strong coaching, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Demonstrated focus on improving the customer experience
