The RoleThe role is a member of the Fidelity Brokerage Technology (FBT) & Fidelity Institutional Technology Decision Support Finance Team.\u00A0 Their primary objective will be to be the Finance support for L3 Domain leaders across FBT/FIT. They will lead all aspects of the reporting and planning processes, provide decision support to senior leaders, and prepare business reviews for strategic initiatives.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus
• 7+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis
• Financial services experience preferred; experience in FinTech and Agile constructs a plus
• Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) with experience in Tableau, PowerBI, Anaplan
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with Finance and business partners at varying levels of the organization
• Intellectual curiosity
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, working independently to perform most analyses
• Strong attention to detail and ownership for managing large quantities of detailed information with high levels of accuracy
• Builds and maintains business partner relationships
• Takes initiative and seeks creative solutions that challenge conventional approaches

  • Supporting the creation of detailed financial plans for functional expense and headcount
  • Using enhanced forecasting techniques to inform decision making

  • Using tools and business knowledge to continuously provide insightful information, reporting and analytics that evolve with changes in the business
  • Defining key performance indicators and support ongoing tracking efforts
  • Responsible for expense/headcount management and control
  • Responding to financial requests for strategic business initiative evaluations
