Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Learner Services
Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Critically analyze existing systems and implement best practices
and standard operating procedures to optimize Learner Service
processes
Manage vital communications between the Learner Services operations
team and the Learner Services Leadership Team
Oversee project management, including triaging operational
requests, prioritizing process improvements, and managing
information flow and communication with the Marketplace team
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years proven experience in service operations
At least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role
Experience managing and influencing relationships with stakeholders
and creating operational improvements
Familiarity with CRM and/or reporting systems (Tableau, Gong,
Salesforce, etc.)
