Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Change Management
Director (TaaS) to shape and apply a structured change management
strategy and framework, enterprise-wide.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement enterprise-wide change management strategies,
methodologies, and tools
Direct internal and external communications and ensure key messages
are clear, simple, and aligned with the company's vision
Lead a team of Change Management professionals and act as a
player/coach
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of ten (10) years' relevant business experience
Recognized as an expert in the discipline of change management
Experience leading change management efforts on large-scale,
cross-functional programs
Change management certification or designation desired
