Job Description:The Role:The Tax Department is building an exciting new role for someone with technology and project management experience to build various solutions for the department. The Tax Project Manager will be responsible for functions that would typically benefit from technology solutions but are not large enough to be assigned to our Technology business partners or the Business Process Improvement Group.

• Work with subject matter experts and process owners across OSG Tax to understand and assist with the development of their automated solution design, ensuring they deliver a solution that meets RPA/UDA technical requirements.
• Assist Tax with opportunity assessments to identify and prioritize business processes that are potential candidates for automation.
• Act as a central point of knowledge and control owner for automation capabilities and support the development and testing of proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Provide support and investigation of any production incidents or outages related to automated solutions.
• Fully and clearly document business processes to the granular level of details that is required for automation
• Measure efficiency of automation opportunities post implementation and document benefits for regular Executive Leadership Team updates.
• Create the automation or work with internal business partners that are building the solutions.
• Ensure P&Ps are updated with the automation solutions when implemented.
• Supervise and build RPA/UDA automated solutions for OSG Tax
• Resolve issues that arise in day-to-day management of RPA/UDA program and provide timely responses and solutions as the need arises
• Develop and document processes for various RPA/UDA solutions
• Evaluate RPA/UDA solutions on the market and keep up to date with current automation trends to deliver the best solutions and experience to Fidelity associates
• Provide strong oversight as an RPA Controller to ensure all robotics technologies are function timely and accurately.
  The Expertise & Skills You Bring
  • Knowledge of different automation solutions and ability to use them.
  • Experience in .NET, C#, SQL, Visual Basic and macro development preferred
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, identify operational risks and \u201Cred flags\u201D
  • Proficient project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, a high level of reading comprehension and problem solving skills
  • Ability to nurture a highly interactive and engaged work environment

  • A proven understanding of operational processes and problems.

    The Team:The Citizen Programmer will work with all of Tax finding and developing RPA (Robotic Process Automation)/UDAs (User Developed Applications) to help improve day to day operations in the Tax Department. This role will help us eliminate the repetitive work, which doesn t require extra analysis, and reduce risk.
