The client provides information technology (IT) services, including
business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application
services. The application service offered by the company includes
application development, maintenance, and support. The markets
served by the company are financial services and insurance,
healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation,
communications, and consumer and retail industries .
Salary Range: $180K - $200K Base Per Annum + Benefits
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client
Partner/Director with a strong background in the [BFSI] sector to
join our team.
- As a Client Partner/Director (BFSI) - Hunter, you will be
responsible for driving new business acquisition, fostering client
relationships, and contributing to the growth and expansion of our
client portfolio. Responsibilities:
- Identify and target prospective clients within the [BFSI]
sector through strategic prospecting and networking efforts.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead
generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and
exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key
decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Understand client needs and pain points, and position our
solutions effectively to address those needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure
successful solution implementation and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and
competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a
related field (MBA preferred).

and competitive landscape.
- Strong network of contacts and relationships within the [BFSI]

on new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales
