Help develop, enhance, and maintain best in class
enterprise-level risk management frameworks, policies, and

- Provide support to the Chief Risk Officer and/or Department
Head in streamlining the risk governance of the Branch.
- Conduct periodic reviews and updates of the governance level of
policies for enterprise risk management, such as the Risk
Management Policy and Risk Reporting Policy.
- Collaborate with risk teams across all areas on initiatives,
key reports, and presentations.
- Manage critical risk-wide initiatives related to Enterprise
Risk Management, including maintenance and monitoring of Risk
Appetite and limits; coordinate and challenge for Branch-side risk
assessment.
- Coordinate, review, and challenge the Enterprise Risk
Assessment.
- Coordinate for the Branch Risk Management Committee and provide
support for the US Region Management Committee with Branch-side
data and information.
- Take the lead in executing the identification, monitoring,
reporting, mitigating, and controlling of Operational Risk, as well
as designing, implementing, maintaining, and reporting RMD-defined
business unit level operational risk-related metrics, as
applicable.
- Collaborate closely with team leads within RMD to execute
operational risk management-related tasks and properly report and
escalate as needed.
- Act as risk stewards, carrying the responsibility for
identifying, addressing, and escalating risks, and are held
strictly accountable for fulfilling their risk management
duties.
- Demonstrate risk awareness by adhering to all policies,
procedures, and internal controls in their daily routine. Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
Administration is mandatory.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in financial
services. Previous experience in risk management is desirable.
- Preferred prior experience at a Chinese bank.
- Working experience related to the financial industry is
essential.
- Capable of working independently, demonstrating accountability,
and adept at exercising sound judgment and decisiveness under
pressure.
- Possesses strong interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational
communication skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities with meticulous attention to
detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Access.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is
