About the Role: CHANEL is looking for Senior Manager , Cloud Integration Architect to join our Digital Tech Team in New York City . This Integration Architect will play a leading role in the technical delivery and solution s for the .com pla tform projects that are integrated into the local US tech landscape. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 7 years' experience with integration , other technolog ies and info rmation systems within Cloud environment (Azure, GCP). This role's main responsibility is to collaborate daily with the eCommerce Service Lead and Technical Project Manager to understand, advocate, and deliver operationally efficient and scalable solutions to the .com platform landscape. This Integration Architect interfaces with Global Digital Service team, the Digital US team, and our US Tech and Global Tech Chanel internal teams , where relevant . The ideal candidate will oversee architecture , recommendations and solution s on eCommerce and eServices as it relates to local .com systems. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in software delivery and a passion for connecting technical & business initiatives. What impact you can create at CHANEL: Architect end-to-end integration solutions that connect eCommerce chanel.com platform, eServices applications, backend systems (such as OMS, ERP, CRM, Finance), third-party services (payment gateways, shipping providers), and other relevant systemsDesign and implement robust integration solutions that enable efficient data exchange, seamless business processes, and enhanced customer experiences across digital channelsMaintain an integration strategy that aligns with the overall Tech and business objectives of the organization in collaboration with the digital platforms' technical director. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position.
