CHANEL is looking for a Senior Group Director to join our People &
Organization (P&O) Team in the New York office. You will set
and deliver the execution of core Human Resources processes within
various corporate functions as well as identifying opportunities
for specific people strategies. You will be a key business partner
to the corporate leaders helping build their leadership skills and
driving performance in a human driven way. This role will be
supporting TECH, Digital, P&O, and AD.Our ideal candidate will
be both hands on and strategic and responsible for driving all
areas of P&O including HR Strategy, Leadership, Employee
relationships & compliance, Talent recruitment and retention, etc.
HR Strategy Closely collaborating with senior leadership,
responsible for the development, business case and implementation
of human resources and OD strategies that align with the
organization's long-term strategy.Understand each functions mission
and priorities and apply HR expertise to develop unique solutions
for diverse employee populations.Drive strategic People &
Organization objectives in line with organizational objectives,
partnering with business leaders to align priorities and goals with
the right talent and resources for the future.Contributes to the
total US HR strategy through proactive ideas and partnership in
execution with the broader P&O team, connecting with HRGs and
COEs in the process.Contributes to global recommendations, updates
and developments of HR processes, policies and systems via
collaboration with COEs and P&O colleagues with a focus on
improving performance.Support the teams on organization and
business issues including but not limited to culture, change,
talent preparedness, team effectiveness and HR projects.Act as
coach/consultant to senior leaders on HR related issues as well as
serve as employee advocate and change agent.Drive collaboration and
partnership with each COE community.In partnership with Management
Committee leader, drive coaching and development of corporate
leaders. Employee Relations & Compliance Conduct effective,
thorough, and objective investigations in an effort to maintain a
positive workplace. Work with Senior Group Director, Employee
Relations to determine ownership of investigation process,
providing insight and partnership where needed. Organizational
Structure Develop and provide guidance as it relates organization
strategy such as structure, workforce planning, talent reviews and
succession planning.Support the teams on organization and business
issues including but not limited to culture, change, talent
preparedness, team effectiveness and HR projects. Talent
Development Actively oversee talent development with COE partners
(inclusive of Learning & Development and Talent Pipeline
team)Partner with leadership on talent agenda - focus on critical
skills and roles needed for the future, identification of top
talent, development opportunities, creation and application of
development plans and succession plan.Seek to follow global
philosophy while understanding unique nature of m----tier focused
roles.Develop robust talent pipeline and strategies to attract,
develop and retain key talent.Act as coach and mentor to P&O
team members General Partnership Provides day-to-day performance
management guidance to corporate leadership (e.g., coaching,
counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).Supports
leadership by providing People & Organization counsel and support
with decision-making.Partners with relevant COEs and HRBPs to make
recommendations and effectively implement and execute P&O
priorities. Problem Solving/Decision Making Analyze trends and
metrics related to people, utilize for informed decision making and
drive HR strategies as it relates to various People & Organization
items (i.e. compensation, diversity etc.)Expected to use discretion
and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance;
problem solving often requires originality in determining new
procedures, programs, or practices. Often problems are resolved in
the absence of precedent. Recruitment / Hiring Support leadership
in reviewing, evaluating, and updating relevant job missions. Push
thinking of leaders as it relates to need for roles, decisions
around organization structure, and impact on people.In partnership
with business and talent acquisition team strive to fill open roles
with top internal and external talentPartner with leadership to
onboard / Integrate new employees into Chanel through formal
programs (ie; Imagine Chanel) and informallyPartner with
compensation team as needed on pay / rewards structure for incoming

business objectives. What you will bring to the team: Bachelor's
degree required.Experience in luxury retail business preferred.
Collaborative mindset, creative thinking, passion for people &
teams. Position Logistics: Minimum 12 years of progressive
successful HR experienceThis role is Partially Remote meaning the
role requires a minimum of three-days in-person office presence at
the designated location/office.Some travel required -10% What

anticipated base salary range for this position is $166,000 to
$200,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation
for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be
offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include
