DescriptionThe Zenith Global Operations Team handles
client-specific tasks across various agency areas like Strategy,
Investment, HR, Finance, and more. They centralize and standardize
essential work to improve efficiency, making it ideal for organized
problem-solvers who thrive in structured environments. This role
will serve as a key connector and coordinator for work across the
portfolio to ensure that local teams positioned globally are
compliant in process and ways of working.Responsibilities
- Process and System Management: Oversee and manage the tools,
systems, and processes supporting financial operations and media
planning, including team training on systems like MediaTools and
internal taxonomy. Ensure data accuracy and efficient reporting
processes, while also serving as a point of contact for inquiries
and support.
- Project and Stakeholder Coordination: Work collaboratively with
global strategy teams, regional media leads, and internal teams to
prioritize projects, manage client deliverables, and ensure
seamless project execution. Build strong relationships with
stakeholders to integrate planning and activation functions and
improve client business management.
- Compliance and Data Management: Manage compliance with
client-specific billing and auditing procedures. Support data
management by maintaining organizational structures, user security,
and data quality, while also facilitating troubleshooting and
training. Work collaboratively with Analytics and TAAG To create
and govern a global taxonomy.
- Financial Management: Collaborate with planning, investment,
operations, finance, and reconciliation teams to execute
comprehensive financial management processes including budget
authorization, client billing, invoice reconciliation, and audit
compliance. Partner with Finance and Procurement teams for
financial reporting and tracking, ensuring alignment with planned
vs. actual spending.
- Comprehensive Understanding: Possess a thorough understanding
of the end-to-end planning and buying process, fostering effective
collaboration between agency and client functions for smooth
operations.Qualifications
- Experience and Expertise: 5-8 years of client consulting
experience focused on strategic decisions for business
improvement.
- Extensive leadership in marketing technology projects from
ideation to implementation, advertising technology, and research
techniques.
- Client Management and Communication: Proven client management
and consultative skills in both presenting solutions and resolving
issues. Exceptional written and verbal communication, capable of
translating complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong operational and strategic management skills to enhance
product offerings as accounts develop.
- Attention to Detail and Problem Solving: Meticulous attention
to detail with the ability to ensure quality control of team
outputs. Hands-on problem-solver with a proactive, "can-do"
approach, prepared to engage with data and practical
solutions.
- Interpersonal Skills and Collaboration: Outgoing and able to
integrate seamlessly with fast-paced Planning and Activation teams.

- Deadline and Environment Adaptability: Capable of meeting

the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at
the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law,
compensation will be determined based on the skills,
qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the
requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to
modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible
to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan
through a third-party benefits administration system once certain
criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for
participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have
been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical
coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The
