IT Planning & Strategy Professional, Assistant Vice President Job Summary This role will be within ISA Resource and Budget Management Team. ISA Resource and Budget Management Team member will serve as the key liaison to the IT Strategy team to represent the ISA line of business in the appropriations / yearly budgeting process. Team member will collaborate and deliver on various requirements both predefined and yet to be determined. The ISA Resource and Budget Management team member will work on the capacity demand analysis for all of the IT departments to drive towards a balanced IT portfolio. Major Responsibilities * Work with various teams to support the annual appropriations process for Integrated Services for the Americas * Work with various IT teams to manage the resource data quality and seek continuous improvements * Work with ISA Resource and Budget Management Lead to develop and deliver executive reporting * Work closely with EPMO in support of IT budget Management including but not limited to budget re-allocation, new project intake and ad hoc reporting * Support ISA Senior Management & ISA BPMO on any ad hoc projects involving resource and IT budget management Qualifications: * 7+ years of experience in support of IT organization in IT Finance or Business Management capacity * 4 year college degree or equivalent * Must have financial industry experience; large multi-national banking institution preferred * Experience working in a consulting environment a plus * High technical acumen combined with solid understanding of technology concepts * Excellent skills with utilizing Excel and PowerPoint * Strong statistical background and ability to work with large data sets * Ability to lead complex efforts with minimal supervision * Ability to work with large and diverse data sets and turn them into meaningful insight and analyses * Passionate, positive outlook, and self-motivated attitude * Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills * Reliable time management and organization skills * Proactive mindset and behaviors * Proven ability to work independently and as a team member * Willingness to collaborate across the organization * Flexibility to work in varying business functions and capabilities * Ability to adapt to new and changing environment and handle multiple priorities, including ability to learn quickly * A demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in an effective manner.
