Job Description: Business Support Manager II, Chief Technology Office The Technology Financial Manager role within Global Banking and Markets (GBAM) CTO serves as an interface across central CTO teams (Business Management, Space Planning, Finance), GBAM Technology development teams, Finance, HR and other Technology LOBs* Focus of role is resource and capital financial management including headcount, resource and vendor management (invoice processing) tracking* Support the overall budget process Other functional duties include:* Works directly with the Business Managers in the technology organization on resource allocations/forecast* Responsible for consolidation of infrastructure capital and volume forecasting* Interactions on a daily basis with all levels of the organization, reviewing and gaining feedback on:* Resource changes, on-boarding, off-boarding, reporting and metrics as well as reconciliation* Vendor management including A/P process, invoice payment and status, and forecasting* General ad-hoc requests as needed for executive level meetings, business presentations, corporate communications, etc.* Organizational metrics* Financial forecast vs. actual* Resource plans (forecast vs. actual)* Quarterly business/organizational reviews (headcount ratios, hiring status, financials, etc.)* Resource management (hiring requests and approvals, forecasting, on-boarding, mandatory training tracking, contract/contractor management)* Vendor management (forecasting/run-rates for SOWs, invoices and contractors)* Monthly reporting packages * Financial analysis and scenario planning* Work with globally distributed teams to coordinate various types of information and projects Qualifications:* At least 12-15 years of relevant work experience* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar discipline required* Previous experience in a Finance or Accounting role required* Previous experience in Technology Business Management required Skill Requirements:* Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills* Good relationship building skills and ability to influence others.
