Established Multi Specialty Group hiring a Full Time Ear, Nose, and Throat Physician to join our growing team in our new state-of-the-art 12,000 Sq Foot Facility! We are seeking a highly motivated Board Certified/ Eligible Otolaryngologist to build and grow your career, and have a direct influence on the direction and shape of building a strong comprehensive ENT Practice with a partnership track! We are offering a very competitive guaranteed salary ranging from 300K-500K, benefits package, malpractice insurance, retirement plan, and CME allowance. • Ambulatory multi-specialty group, 100% outpatient MSG with great referral base
• Group has large referral group keeping you busy!
• Good mix of office work at OR/Surgi-Center time
• Everyone holds at least 2 office locations
• Private group and hospital partners looking to bring ENT in-house vs. referring to community providers
• Standard business hours, one later evening per week is standard
• Physician-owned and managed practice
