We are seeking aN OBGYN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Private OBGYN Practice to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team. Patient base is 90% adults. Location: Jersey City, NJ 07307 Duties Include: Deliver full scope care in private office setting- performed comprehensive physical, pelvic examinations, pelvimetries and STI testing. IUD insertions, diaphragm and pessary fittings. Interpretation of various laboratory, ultrasound, genetic screening, urinalysis and microscope results. Participation of prenatal and postpartum care of clients, including contraception counseling. Communicating effectively and sympathetically with mothers and relatives Ensuring high standards of clinical care are maintained. Keeping paper and computerized medical records accurate and up to date. Acting as the mothers advocate and promoting their own health and well being. Excellent ability to educate women about reproductive health issues. New Graduates are Welcome to apply as long as they have recent OB/GYN experience. Immediate interviews. Qualifications: Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of New Jersey Must have OB/GYN experience Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Ability to create a positive work environment Ability to identify and solve problems Friendly and capable of respectfully communicating to both clients and staff.
