Position: Data Architect and Strategist with healthcare payer domain ExpertiseLocation: New Jersey Type: Full-Time Position Overview:As a Data Architect and Strategist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data architectures that support our strategic objectives in the healthcare payer domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is structured, managed, and utilized effectively to drive insights and inform decision-making.Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture Design: Develop and implement scalable data architectures that align with business goals, ensuring high performance and security in data handling.
• Data Strategy Development: Define and execute data strategies that leverage analytics to enhance operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and support regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including IT, analytics, clinical, and business teams, to gather requirements and ensure data solutions meet organizational needs.
• Data Governance: Establish and maintain data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data integrity, quality, and security.
• Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend data management tools, technologies, and platforms that align with the organization's strategic goals.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA) to ensure data strategies align with legal standards.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate data systems and processes, implementing improvements as needed.Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Data Architect or in a similar role, with a focus on healthcare payer systems and data management.
