Job Description:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides safe,
compassionate patient care under a licensed nurse's supervision,
focusing on positive outcomes and satisfaction.
Assists with Activities of Daily Living, vital signs, ambulation,
positioning, and adaptive equipment.
Performs bed making, escorts patients for appointments, and
prepares patients for rehab therapy.
Supports care planning, skin care, dressings, feeding, and
hydration, recording intake/output.
Responds promptly to call lights, maintains hygiene, and ensures
safety protocols.
Participates in orientation, reports patient changes, and
collaborates with staff.
Handles linen, equipment cleaning, and assists with discharges and
postmortem care.
Promotes a culture of safety, maintains confidentiality, and
contributes to quality improvement.
Willing to work beyond scheduled shifts as needed and performs
additional duties as assigned.
