Estimated Weekly Pay: $2310 - $2470 per week/n /n/nRegistered Nurse
Qualifications/n /n - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New
Jersey/n - Minimum 2 years of recent travel nursing experience in
large hospital Labor & Delivery units with high-risk pregnancies/n
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification –
Required/n - BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – Required/n -
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing/n - Associate's or
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred/n /n/nL&D RN
Responsibilities/n /n - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations/n - Deliver
high-quality nursing care to Labor & Delivery patients, including
those with high-risk conditions/n - Demonstrate proficiency with
emergency equipment and labor & delivery procedures/n - Maintain
accurate documentation of patient care and progress in compliance
with healthcare standards/n - Promote patient and family
satisfaction through professional and compassionate interactions/n
- Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals and Universal Protocols
to ensure patient safety/n - Individualize patient care based on
procedures, diagnoses, and anesthesia type/n - Educate patients and
families on procedures, instructions, and post-operative care/n -
Support Pre Admission Testing (PAT) and ensure timely completion of
patient testing/n - Collaborate with the perioperative and clinical
support team, prioritizing patient care and adapting to changing
