Position Job Opportunity – Cardiothoracic ICU RN – New Jersey Start

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
13-week assignment, 35.25 hours per week with every other weekend
required. Must be available to work 2 of 3 holidays during contract
period. Highlights: Specialized cardiothoracic intensive care
environment with fresh open heart surgical patients Patient ratios
of 1:2, may adjust to 1:3 based on acuity; 1:1 for fresh cardiac
open heart patients per regulation Epic charting system utilized
facility-wide Float opportunities to CCU/CTICU, ICU, and stepdown
units to expand clinical experience First-time travelers welcome to
apply Comprehensive orientation with approximately 18 hours of
non-billable modules and 4 hours of Epic training Requirements:
Active New Jersey or Compact state RN license required at time of
submission Minimum 2 years of RN experience ACLS, BLS, and Stroke
CEUs required at time of submission Extensive cardiothoracic
experience required: fresh open heart surgical patients, CABG,
intra-aortic balloon pump, Impella, TAVR, and valve replacement
Proficiency with CVVHD/CRRT and interpretation of dysrhythmias
Experience with both direct-from-OR and post-operative cardiac
surgery patients Epic charting system experience preferred Ability
to float within specialty skill set as needed Why It's a Great
