PRACTICE | FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE Part time Periodontist – 1 day a week

well-established, family-run general practice located in the scenic
Warwick Valley region of New York—just 90 minutes from New York
City. Our modern, fully digital office features intraoral scanners,
same-day crown technology, and a KaVo implant system. We maintain a
high-quality patient base that is 50% fee-for- service and 50% PPO,
with no Medicaid or HMO, and some of the strongest reimbursement
rates in the region. Due to strong patient demand and practice
growth, we’re looking to bring on an additional associate to
support our team and continue delivering top-tier care. We’re
located in one of the most charming and vibrant areas of the Hudson
Valley. Warwick is known for its wineries and vineyards, scenic
hiking and biking trails, local ski resorts, and a rich calendar of
cultural events including the Warwick Summer Arts Festival,
Applefest, and Beltanica Festival. With excellent restaurants, golf
courses, and family-friendly farm experiences, it’s an ideal place

community-focused environment. The Opportunity We are seeking a
dedicated and experienced periodontist for a one-day-per-week
position. You’ll enjoy clinical autonomy, a consistent referral
stream, and the support of a friendly, experienced team—all within
a well-run, digital office that prioritizes quality and
patient-centered care. What We Offer ? High earning potential:
$1300–$5,000/day based on percentage of adjusted production and
clinical skill ? Daily guarantee of $1300 for the first 3 months or
percentage of adjusted production, whichever is higher ? Flexible

Strong internal referral base and collaborative treatment planning
? Supportive clinical and administrative team in a low-stress,
high-efficiency environment ? Full clinical autonomy Qualifications
? DDS/DMD and completion of an accredited periodontics residency ?
Board certified or board eligible in periodontics ? Valid New York
dental license ? Proficient in a full range of periodontal and
implant procedures ? Patient-focused, detail-oriented, and
team-minded Schedule ? Part-Time: 1 day per week (flexible on which

Laser dentistry for soft tissue procedures and improved patient

Guarantee Yes What procedures will the associate be doing? ?
Diagnose and treat periodontal disease, including scaling and root
planing, osseous surgery, and soft tissue grafting ? Perform dental
implant placement and related surgical procedures (e.g. bone
grafting, sinus lifts) ? Develop personalized treatment plans and
educate patients on oral and periodontal health ? Collaborate
closely with our general dentists to ensure seamless, comprehensive
care ? Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
