Salary and Benefits $75,000 - $85,000 (Based on years of experience) Health Insurance | Amerihealth (Employee covers 70%) Dental | Horizon Dental Total Care Vision Insurance Vacation: 3 weeks (120 hours) Holidays: 8 days annually Personal Days: 2 days annually (16 hours) Sick Time: 5 days accrued annually (40 hours) Bereavement: 5 days (40 hours) for immediate family Life Insurance 3x annual salary up to $250,000 Credit Union Membership Tuition Reimbursement Program Direct Deposit Free Parking Facilities Supplemental Life, AD&D, Critical Illness and Accident Insurance Temporary Disability: NJ State Plan Long-Term Disability: 60% of salary up to age 65(Own occupation; 1st of the month after 1 year) Tax-Sheltered Annuity: 403(b)(After one year of employment 50% match, up to 3% of annual salary) Responsibilities Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (With one late day a week) Working hand and hand with CEO and COO to help develop the program Provide psychotherapy, supportive counseling, and therapeutic group services Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans Advocate for clients and coordinate referrals for services and appointments Support clients in building independence and self-confidence Foster strong relationships with the clinical team, staff, patients, and families Deliver crisis intervention support as needed Perform other duties as assigned to support program and organizational goals Requirements Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with active state licensure Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling Experience with underserved populations is preferred Respectful and understanding of diverse client needs and backgrounds Strong communication and collaborative skills Professionalism, compassion, and cultural sensitivity Bilingual in Spanish or Creole preferred About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that is bridging the gap between healthcare companies and high-quality candidates.
