We have recently partnered with a growing outpatient physical
therapy clinic in Green Brook Township, New Jersey , and we are
seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Clinic Director to lead the
practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated clinician
who is passionate about community impact, team leadership, and
building a strong clinic culture from the ground up. Our client
offers the following: Salary: Up to $105,000/year (Based on
Experience) Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance

3 Weeks (15 business days) 6 Paid Federal Holidays Laptop provided
for documentation Requirements: 3 years of Physical Therapy
experience Clear and active New Jersey Physical Therapy license
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Responsibilities: Full-time
schedule | Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week 40–60 minute appointment
blocks Majority 1:1 patient care Treating primarily Orthopedic,
Vestibular, and Balance patients Working mostly with Adult to
Geriatric population Utilizing Prompt EMR (training provided)
Willing to support and lead marketing and community outreach
initiatives Practices clinic policies and procedures, quality
improvement standards, safety, environmental, and infection control
standards Documents evaluations, treatment goals, and plans of
care; maintains prescriptions and required signatures Coordinates
and supervises staff, providing constructive feedback and serving
as a clinical resource Develops strategies and plans for clinic
growth and service excellence Oversees patient care operations and
administrative programs Assists with recruiting to ensure the
clinic is staffed appropriately Ensures compliance with legal
