registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years Stepdown RN
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A contract opportunity is
available for a Registered Nurse skilled in stepdown care to
provide specialized nursing support in a dynamic hospital
environment. The role demands attention to detail, clinical
expertise, and a compassionate approach to patient care in a
stepdown unit setting. Responsibilities: - Monitor and assess
patients transitioning from intensive care to lower acuity
settings. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. -
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement
patient care plans. - Maintain accurate and thorough documentation
of patient status and interventions. - Respond promptly to changes
in patient condition and escalate concerns appropriately.
Qualifications and Desired Experience: - Current and valid
Registered Nurse (RN) license. - Experience working in a stepdown
or similar acute care unit. - Strong clinical assessment and
critical thinking skills. - Effective communication and teamwork
abilities. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
