In this role, you will implement personalized rehabilitation programs, collaborating closely with our healthcare professionals to ensure each patient’s holistic progress. Evaluate patients' needs and prepare individualized physical therapy plans. Administer hands-on therapy treatments and exercises. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and families on treatments and home exercises. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and recovery. Strong practical skills in physical therapy treatments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple patient cases effectively. Proficient in using physical therapy equipment and techniques. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of employment. CPR certified. Membership in American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) preferred.
