Clover Meadows Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This position plays a critical role in providing high-quality care and maintaining the well-being of our residents. Our CNAs assist with daily living activities and ensure that residents receive the highest level of care possible. The ideal candidate will have a heartfelt approach to care, backed by a strong commitment to our values of respect, integrity, and excellence. Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Ensure the comfort and safety of residents at all times Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes in resident health to the nursing staff Maintain accurate records of patient care, condition, progress, and concerns Respond to resident calls promptly Assist in the transport of residents within the facility Provide emotional and social support to residents Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow detailed instructions Physical ability to perform job-related duties Knowledge of infection control practices Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state of employment CPR certification
