Job Description A health services network in Orange County is currently seeking an experienced, licensed Pulmonologist to join their team and help build out the service line. About the Opportunity: - Setting: Outpatient - Schedule: Monday-Friday standard business hours - Call Schedule: Rotated light call Responsibilities: The Pulmonologist will: - Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations related to respiratory symptoms - Evaluate patients with breathing difficulties, chronic cough, chest pain, and other respiratory issues - Order and interpret diagnostic tests - Analyze and interpret laboratory results to aid in diagnosis - Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on the diagnosis - Prescribe appropriate medications - Manage chronic respiratory diseases - Provide education on disease management and lifestyle adjustments - Manage patients in critical condition - Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: - Licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York - Board Certified / Eligible in Pulmonology (MD/DO) Your privacy is important to us.
